With more than 20 years of recruitment experience, including 12 years specialising in the global Chemical Manufacturing industry and now 5 years supporting international Packaging Manufacturers, I founded Sonatec Global Recruitment in 2022.

Today, we partner with Chemical and Packaging Corporations across Europe & USA, delivering retained search and leadership appointments for some of the world's most recognised organisations.

Throughout my career, I have delivered over 300 placements, at times building out entire leadership divisions for clients with exceptionally high hiring standards, in highly complex and technical environments, a reflection of the trust placed in me to deliver consistently across many years, regions and leadership functions.
